10-й Саміт з питань серцево-судинних наслідків (CVOT): Конгрес з питань серцево-судинних, ниркових та метаболічних наслідків відбувся онлайн 5–6 грудня 2024 року. Цього року обговорення досліджень серцево-судинних (СС) та ниркових наслідків було зосереджено на нещодавніх результатах досліджень, що включали емпагліфлозин (EMPACT-MI), семаглутид (STEP-HFpEF-DM та FLOW), тирзепатид (SURMOUNT-OSA та SUMMIT) та фінеренон (FINEARTS-HF). Ці дослідження представляють значний прогрес у зниженні ризику серйозних несприятливих серцево-судинних подій (MACE) та покращенні метаболічних результатів при серцевій недостатності зі збереженою фракцією викиду (СНзбФВ), хронічній хворобі нирок (ХХН) та обструктивному апное сну (ОSА). Конгрес також включав сесії, присвячені новим та встановленим методам лікування СНзбФВ, ХХН та ожиріння; рекомендаціям щодо лікування ХХН та метаболічно-асоційованої стеатотичної хвороби печінки (МАСХП); розвитку кардіо-рено-метаболічного синдрому (КРМС); персоніфікованій медицині та орієнтованого на пацієнта лікування діабету, ожирінню, серцево-судинних захворюваням (ССЗ) та ХХН; раннєму виявленню цукрового діабету (ЦД) 1-го типу та стратегії затримки його розвитку; безперервному моніторингу глюкози (CGM) та автоматизованій доставці інсуліну (AID); кардіальній автономной нейропатії (КАН) та діабетичному серцю та ролі первинної медичної допомоги у ранньому виявленні, профілактиці та лікуванні ХХН. Внесок забруднення навколишнього середовища пластиком у ризик серцево-судинних захворювань, зростаюче розуміння ефективності та безпеки інкретинової терапії в лікуванні ХХН та останні оновлення щодо стратегій харчування для лікування ХХН при терапії на основі інкретинів також були темами, що цікавили широку аудиторію ендокринологів, діабетологів, кардіологів, нефрологів та лікарів первинної медичної допомоги, які активно брали участь в онлайн-дискусіях. 11-й саміт CVOT відбудеться онлайн 20–21 листопада 2025 року (http://www.cvot.org).
